We had over 30 high-potential PropTech and ConTech startups from all across Asia to gather online at Pitchstart!, the competition of PropTech: Asia & Beyond summit, as a part of StartmeupHK Festival 2021.

They presented their products to a panel of industry experts and investors and competed for a grand prize of USD1K or above (prize accumulating)!

Spintly brings to users "SMART ACCESS", a smart access control system which allows easy and secure entry to their modern workplace area. It allows users to unleash the power of their smartphones by converting them into smart access cards.

URBANMETRY is a property data company that harvests, cleans and analyses large amounts of city data, through AI and proprietary algorithms to extract trends and patterns in the built environment.
