The program rendered students a platform to expose to the PropTech sector, to understand what it is exactly about and its future opportunities.

Event Highlights
Startup Fair
There were 12+ PropTech Startups who set up booths at the event, to showcase their PropTech products, share their founding experiences, and introduce mentorship or internship opportunities to visitors.
PropTech for Youth Workshop
In this workshop, each group of students was paired up with a PropTech mentor to go through 2 hours of brainstorming and ideating.
Together with their mentor, the students were introduced to a PropTech, then tried to formulate a solution with such PropTech to solve an existing problem in Hong Kong.
Participants were not only able to gain first-hand experience related to PropTech businesses, but also to receive a certificate issued by the School of Hotel and Tourism Management of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Asia PropTech.
